You may need to turn off/disable Ad-Watch, then set Super Ad Blocker to start with Windows, then re-enable Ad-Watch. If you are not running Ad-Watch/Ad-Aware, make sure your virus and/or other security software is not preventing Super Ad Blocker from setting itself to start when Windows starts.
